With one rough and one sweep magnetic separation process, the content of tungsten in tin concentrate products is controlled below 0.9%. Compared with traditional processes, the content of tungsten in tin concentrate products is reduced by 50%, effectively reducing the loss of tungsten, which fills the technical gap in the application of dry type permanent high intensity magnetic separator in the field of dry separation of tungsten and tin.

      Compared with the traditional two-disc dry type high intensity magnetic separator, its processing capacity is doubled, and the electricity is saved by 32%. In the meantime, tungsten metal of 1.62 tons can be saved every year and comprehensive annual economic benefits of at least 450,000 yuan can be created.
