Recently, in a kaolin purification project of the company in Guangdong, the two SJ-1250CJ energy-saving High Extraction Magnetic Filter(HEMF) newly developed by SLon competed with many peers. After a month of practice, the new HEMF has achieved datas that are superior to its peers in terms of mineral processing indicators, energy saving and consumption reduction and performance, which has won full recognition from customers.
The company has two independent production lines for medium-temperature sand and kaolin on site. Each production line is first rough-selected by VPHGMS, and then selected by HEMF. In the cleaner operation, each production line is equipped with three HEMF from different brands at the same time. Since the site was officially put into production in February 2024, after more than a month of strength competition, SLon SJ-1250CJ HEMF has excellent indicators and stable performance. In the medium-temperature sand selection operation, compared with its peers, the dry whiteness (degree) index of SLon increased by nearly 10% and the wet whiteness (degree) increased by 7%. In the kaolin selection operation, compared with its peers, the dry whiteness (degree) is 6% higher and the wet whiteness (degree) is 6% higher. In terms of energy saving and consumption reduction, a single device saves more than 12kW·h and 95,000 kilowatt hours of electricity a year.
It is understood that the new HEMF produced by SLon has the advantages of low energy consumption, high magnetic field, non-clogging media, long sorting time and strong ability to absorb magnetic substances. Compared with traditional slurry machines, its magnetic media sorting area is increased by more than 30% and energy saving is achieved by more than 35%. It is a key core equipment for iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals.
The better results in this competition mean that SLon has always been in the industry’s leading position in the core technology of strong magnetic separators and its innovation and creation capabilities.
