Recently, SLon first energy-saving High Extraction Magnetic Filter(HEMF) SJ-1250CJ has been successfully installed in a kaolin purification project.
The machine adopts a unique high-permeability magnetic yoke structure design, a high-magnetic concentration coil and the new type of magnetic concentration matrix. It is equipped with a uniform material distribution system and a pulse forward and reverse high-pressure flushing system. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high magnetic field, non-blocking of the matrix, long separation time, strong ability to absorb magnetic substances. Besides, it’s supplemented by a complete intelligent control system, which can effectively remove ultra-fine-grained weak magnetic impurities and significantly improve the quality of materials. At the same time, the thermal cycle system developed can efficiently exchange the heat generated by the coil, ensuring that the coil always operates at a lower temperature, ensuring the stability of the magnetic field and reducing wasteful power losses.
Compared with the traditional slurry machine, its magnetic matrix sorting area is increased by more than 30%, and energy saving is achieved by more than 35%. As a key core equipment for iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals, it is widely used in iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals such as kalialbite, quartz sand, kaolin, nepheline, fluorite, kyanite, sillimanite and fine metal particles. Mineral sorting, especially for the removal and purification of fine-grained non-metallic minerals, has excellent performance.
