To improve the standard of services, SLon laboratory has received a new upgrade. Now, it wears a completely refreshing look.

      The changes mainly focus on three aspects. Firstly, more experienced technical engineers join us. Some of them are senior intellectuals graduating from universities. Some of them have served in the mineral processing industry for over five years.  Their arrival injects new life into the lab. Secondly, more equipment are added. Before, the original machines can only be used for semi-industrial experiments. There’s still a certain distance to industrial level. So, the addition of industrial equipment are necessary, such as SLon-750 WHIMS, ball mill, spiral classifier and so on. Now, they are all in place. Soon after, we can make experiments closer to practical applications. Thirdly, new test methods are adapted. Based on our work reflection and customers’ feedback, the errors always existed in the test results of low-iron mineral, which was harmful to the optimum condition discovery. Besides, with the development of the new energy industry, lithium ore as one of the important raw materials is highly favored. Our customized beneficiation schemes emerge and has been widely praised. But we could not test the LiO2 content. In the past, we took the concentrates to other professional testing institutions. However, it wasted a lot of time in the delivery. To solve the problems, SLon organizes employee training and introduce advanced instruments, which greatly increases the efficiency.
