On February 9th, SLon held the 2023 working meeting. The senior leadership attended it and made the work reports.
Our chairman LiZeping pointed out that the main indicators of production and operation were far ahead of those in 2022, especially the sales contracts newly signed and product output. The reconstruction and expansion project with an annual output of 600 sets of X-ray sorter was ongoing, whose first phase was completed and put into production, and second phase started construction. The listing rectification was carried out in an orderly manner and nearly 60% of the business rectification work has been completed.
The general manager HuangHuichun mentioned that 2022 was over and how to continue the good performance this year was top priorities. To achieve the goals in 2023, we will focus on the following four aspects. Firstly, take the initiative to seize the market and make real efforts to seek development. Secondly, aim at the market demand and serve the market accurately. Thirdly, strengthen inner management and weak links to increase the efficiency. Finally, unite as one and perfect our products.
At the meeting, LiZeping signed the 2023 business target responsibility letter with the management team members and HuangHuichuan signed the 2023 department target responsibility letter with the related person in charge. The deputy general manager LiJianshe read out the decision on the commendation of advanced collectives and advanced individuals in 2022. The leadership presented awards to them. Representatives of advanced individuals made speeches respectively. While summarizing the achievements, they expressed their best wishes for the future development of SLon.
