In 2024, SLon moved forward steadily. During this year, we not only consolidated the foundation of our business, but also demonstrated strong resilience and innovation capabilities in adversity, laying a solid foundation for SLon’s sustainable development. Faced with multiple unfavorable conditions such as steel mill production cuts, weak lithium carbonate market prices, and continued sluggish quartz sand market, we actively sought breakthroughs, implemented precise policies, and continuously opened up new market areas, consolidated the existing customer base, opened up new market space, injecting new vitality into SLon’s continued growth. We successfully developed the world’s first SLon-6500 Vertical Ring Pulsating High Gradient Magnetic Separator(VPHGMS) and successfully held the SLon series of new product launch conferences, which caused a strong response in the industry. We promoted product iteration and upgrading, added 39 innovative products, optimized and transformed 69 old products, and added 10 intellectual property rights, which greatly enhanced SLon’s core competitiveness. We always regard safety as the bottom line of corporate production, comprehensively strengthen the construction of the safety management system with a high sense of responsibility, and refine safety responsibilities to every position and every link. Throughout the year, we achieved the “three free” record of no work-related deaths, no environmental pollution, and no occupational diseases, successfully prevented all kinds of major accidents,  safeguarding SLon’s stable operation. Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise and the key to our winning the market. We uphold the spirit of craftsmanship of excellence, insist on being customer-centric, taking quality as life, strengthening the raw material inspection process, ensuring the qualified rate of incoming materials. We further promoted lean management, optimized production processes, reduced costs, and improved efficiency.

      Looking forward to 2025, we are full of confidence. In the new year, we will be oriented to solving problems for customers, continuously launch more competitive new products, continuously improve the technological content and added value of products, and unswervingly develop in the direction of specialization, intelligence, efficiency and large-scale magnetic separation equipment. We will further optimize the production layout, increase production capacity and product delivery rate, strengthen quality management, and provide customers with better products and services. At the same time, we will also actively expand domestic and foreign markets, optimize market structure, strengthen cooperation with domestic and foreign customers, and continuously enhance brand influence.
