In 2023, the newly signed sales contract completed 101.7% of the annual plan, the product output completed 139.5% of the annual plan, the operating income completed 120.75% of the annual plan, and the total profit completed 103.8% of the annual plan, exceeding the annual production and operation tasks.
In 2023, the company has added 54 new products, with new sales of 110 million RMB. The world’s first extra-large SLon-5000 strong magnetic separator was successfully installed in a Sichuan enterprise’s vanadium-titanium magnetite quality and efficiency improvement technical transformation project. The company’s centrifugal separator was successfully used in a large-scale single-series multi-metal concentrator in Yunnan to improve the quality and efficiency of fine-grained tin ore. At the same time, it passed the 2022 assessment of the “Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprise” by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and won the first prize of the Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Progress Award, the “2023 Jiangxi Province Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise” and the top ten 2022 scientific and technological innovation achievements in Jiangxi Province.
In 2023, the founder Dr. Xiong Dahe won the first batch of “National Outstanding Engineer” awards. This is another national award after he won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2014. He used forty years of persistence to break through problems and pioneered the ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator, creating economic benefits of more than 100 billion RMB for society.
In 2023, the 6S management work has been effectively improved, the on-site management has achieved obvious results, and the factory area has been completely renewed. Product quality management has been strengthened, and the ISO9001 quality management system has been successfully certified. The construction of the project is in full swing. The east side expansion of Factory No. 1 in the first phase of the project has been over for 4 months. The second phase of the project has been completed and put into use as scheduled. The company’s listing path has been clarified, and the selection of underwriting sponsors, auditing, law firms and other institutions has been completed. Business and financial rectification has been advanced as scheduled. The work of the party and the masses has been consolidated, and the creation of the “Red Collar Innovation, Shining Golden Ring” party building brand has achieved initial results.
