      In November, ZhangXiaodong and Wu Yin, successively embarked on the road back to China. Since they received the task of going to Africa for after-sales service in June, they have been on business for more than 5 months. After hard work, they finally completed the installation and commissioning of the equipment and won unanimous recognition from users.

      When Zhang Xiaodong first arrived at the site in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as a marketing backbone, dealing with technical problems on site was not a hard thing. What tested him was the disorder of local public security. Robbery and riots occurred from time to time. He lived a life of fear every day. After work, he can only stay in the container. “I am now on the line between work and home every day. My life is simple and quiet, and my safety is no problem.” Zhang Xiaodong comforted his family on the phone.

      In Mozambique, the biggest problem sales person Wu Yin encountered was the lack of a suitable crane. At that time, there was only one 30-ton old crane available, and the customer purchased three SLon-2500 VPHGMS, each of which was 80 tons. The distance from the working platform to both the crane and ground is more than 4 meters, and the 30-ton crane cannot meet the lifting conditions. Therefore, the ring, upper yoke head and other components must be disassembled and then reassembled during installation, which he has never tried before. After several attempts and self-exploration and learning, the equipment was finally assembled completely, which not only saved the customer money, but also completed the task on time.

      The weather in Africa is very harsh and the conditions are difficult. It rained heavily every day for a period of time. However, in order to meet the deadline, our sales staff braved the wind, rain, scorching heat, and risked having malaria to work overtime on site. Due to exhaustion, both Zhang Xiaodong and Wu Yin suffered from severe colds and fevers as high as 39°C. However, in order not to delay the construction period, they only had one day off and continued working with high fevers until the installation was completed. “Customer satisfaction is the goal of our efforts; the company’s trust is the motivation for us to persevere.” Two comrades from the marketing department expressed their loyalty to the company and their whole-hearted attitude of being responsible for customers with their solemn oaths.
