Eight side tank and three layers blades, this special design could have good scrubbing effect. It could achieve high concentration, high speed, high efficiency stirring scrub and strength. The blade, shaft and tank are made of wear-resistant rubber or polyurethane. It’s suitable for applied in silica sand, quartz sand or other minerals that need to remove oxide layer and impurities on the surface.
The machine is composed of tank, drive shaft, reducer, motor and base. High concentrations of silica sand, quartz sand slurry pass into the washing machine. Through the compulsory stirring mixing blades, the scrubber clears away the impurities and oxide layers adhering to the surface of minerals via the friction collision. Therefore, it achieves the goal of purification.
